“I understand what it’s like to struggle with life’s vulnerabilities. It can be heart-breaking when you or a loved one are suffering alone, enduring pain you can’t verbalize. Relationships can be sweet as well as risky and taxing. If you are experiencing shame, grief, conflict, anger, anxiety, trauma, abuse, or addiction, let’s connect.”
“I will provide a safe place for you to be known and suggest tools to move toward healing.”

“We all need companions who will enter our broken stories and walk with us toward wholeness. During our time together, I aim to be a curious and interactive story companion who offers perspectives to strengthen your sense of freedom and decision-making.
“While I am at times an anxious, angry, and stubborn follower of Christ, God has been patient, merciful, and passionate to know me and offer me freedom.
“I help people process the perplexing emotions of doubt, hurt, and anger experienced in relationships. I know family and friendships are hard— I’ve been attempting to follow God and love people for almost forty-five years. Forgiving, forbearing, waiting. But God has brought a richness that strengthens my human relationships.”
